CMMI Level 5
CMMI Maturity Level 5: Optimizing processes with continuous improvement.
Overview
CMMI Level 5 is the highest maturity level in the CMMI model. It signifies that an organization continuously improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of variation and common causes of process performance issues. At Level 5, processes are not only measured and controlled (Level 4) but are actively optimized through innovative practices and process technology deployment. CodeMiners' CMMI Level 5 appraisal represents the pinnacle of organizational process maturity.
